Year 4 students in 4E, 4C and 4D have had a wonderful time at Elizabeth Farm and Hambledon Cottage recently. They took on the persona of convicts and experienced life as it was in 1828.
They baked scones, washed and cleaned the house. They explored old inventions which were amazing including irons, a wheat crusher and a sandstone water purifier.
To conclude all received their ticket of leave.
