Year 2 Excursion

Year 2 visited Longneck Lagoon Field Study Centre to experience many fun but educational activities such as dipnetting, bug catching and bird watching.

Bird Watching

The teachers at the Centre, Trevor and Michelle, provided well-organised and enjoyable learning experiences.

Lesson Lesson

The children used nets to find a variety of water creatures, binoculars to study birds such as cranes, cormorants and black swans and even made a video starring their favourite creatures.
